Beta privacy information

Creative Combat uses your account email for sign-in and account messages. Your artist profile, approved artwork and public comments are visible to visitors. Choose a public artist name and avoid putting private information in your profile or artwork description.

Process-proof files are stored separately from public artwork and are restricted to the submitting artist and authorized staff. Beta feedback is private to its author and the administrator. Contest entries, voting records and activity rewards are stored to operate and review the contest.

The site uses Supabase for accounts, database records and uploaded files, and Sites for hosting. Sign-in uses cookies. October entry does not request card details or run a payment checkout. Records of earlier test payments may be retained for accounting and audit purposes.

To request help with your data or report a privacy problem, use Beta feedback. Account and submission removal requests are handled by the organizer; there is no self-service deletion control in this beta.
